Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in any stream preferable Management

Experience required: More than or equal to 4 Years

Professional skill required: CRM Software, Team Work, Market Research

Driving License: Self owned 2-wheeler with valid diving license.  

  Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Information Technology markets and business practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Nepali, Hindi and English language.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability and openness to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new Information Technology markets and business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop strategies for growth.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and services to meet client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to develop campaigns targeting local audiences.
